We’ve helped churches just like you transition to MinistryPlatform, which means you benefit from a proven plan of success. Our experts will walk you through Onboarding and your Go Live experience to ensure your success with MinistryPlatform.

Phase 1: Initial Onboarding

Meet your Implementation Specialist.

Once you make the decision to upgrade to MinistryPlatform, you will be assigned an implementation specialist who will begin to learn about your unique ministry needs.

Check your data.

Your implementation specialist will work to understand your data and assist you in checking migrated data during the conversion.

Prepare to “Go Live.”

Your implementation specialist will help you create goals to better use MinistryPlatform, as well as coordinate training and establish your “Go Live” date.

Phase 2: Post “Go Live” Coaching

Keep working toward goals.

During Go-Live, your MinistryPlatform coach will guide and assist you to accomplish your primary goals for your first "live" experience with MP (like processing donations or children’s check-in).

Training for success.

Training doesn’t stop at conversion, which is why we offer a variety of training resources and webinars, as well as one-on-one training opportunities to take your MP usage to the next level.

MinistryPlatform Community

Once you upgrade to MinistryPlatform, you’ll have access to the MP Community Forum where you can take part in discussions and partner with others in ministry just like you.

Training

We offer a variety of product training webinars, hands-on boot camps, short interactive learning activities, and our annual training conference, Ignite!, with resources for all levels of users, from beginners to developers. You may also opt for one-on-one training sessions with our experienced MP coaches.
